Description

What’s better than celebrating a decade of tech, community, and innovation? Doing it with bricks, of course. This MOC recreates the Porto Tech Hub 10-year anniversary logo, built with love, pride, and a serious passion for clicking things together.

Porto Tech Hub has spent 10 years growing a tech community in the city of Porto, sparking conversations through meetups, insightful podcast episodes, and their flagship annual conference. It’s a space where developers, designers, and tech lovers come together to share knowledge, explore ideas, and keep pushing forward.

This LEGO interpretation pays tribute to that energy. The design captures the dynamic visual identity of the 10-year mark—featuring a bold “1” and a cleverly built “0” with a twist: the bottom half is flipped upside down. It’s a subtle nod to creativity, clever problem-solving, and the unexpected journeys in both tech and LEGO building.

To Porto Tech Hub—thanks for inspiring a decade of ideas, connections, and passion. Here’s to building many more.

Me

My name is Eduardo Sousa.

I am an Electronics Engineer, and I absolutely love LEGO. As a kid, I got at least one LEGO set every Christmas, Easter, and on my birthday.

Recently, in April 2022, because of a challenge from the marketing team at my last company, I built the FMQ logo in LEGO—and that’s how my passion for creating LEGO MOCs truly began.
