A hard-hitting, helmet-wearing, Braga Warriors number 90 João Bermudes.
Description
American football might not be the most well-known sport in Portugal, but that didn’t stop the Braga Warriors from making their mark on the field. João Bermudes proudly played as #90, showcasing his defensive skills and love for the game. To celebrate his journey, I built this custom LEGO Brickheadz model, capturing the essence of his uniform and helmet.
The model includes a detailed helmet with a facemask, team-colored jersey details, and even his real number. While the number 90 is prominently displayed, the design allows for easy modifications to numbers like 00, 99, 11, or 66. Creating other numbers is possible, but it would take a bit more tinkering—maybe a future challenge for another day!
This MOC is not just a tribute to João but also to the passion and dedication of all amateur American football players in Portugal. It’s a reminder that no matter where you are, if you love the game, you can play it.
